Alan has been a commodity advisor and broker since 1976, and is a
nationally-recognized speaker and writer on commodities. He writes the regular
Marketing Strategies column for The Corn and Soybean Digest and will be
delivering a speech at this year's Commodity Classic. Alan is the founder and
past President of Northstar Commodities and is also a Pricing Agent for the
Cargill Pro-Pricing Grain contracts. Throughout his career, Alan has maintained
an interest in a farm near Slayton Minnesota, providing him with real-world
marketing experience. Alan is coeditor of the Kluis Commodities weekly
newsletter.

David is a commodity broker and trading advisor, as well as the founder of
Kluis Commodities. His background includes a successful 30-year farming
career near Hector, MN, and a Finance degree from the University of Minnesota.
David is an investor in two southern Minnesota ethanol co-ops and an egg co-op.
He retains farmland near Hector and has agribusiness interests in Bahia,
Brazil. David is currently taking additional course work at the University of
Minnesota, focusing in risk management. David is coeditor of the Kluis
Commodities weekly newsletter.

Katy brings 18 years of Ag business experience to Kluis Commodities. She
spent 15 years with Cargill as a trader, buyer and manager in the grain and
poultry divisions located in Baton Rouge, Memphis, Sacramento, Mankato, and
Minnetonka. She also worked with the Land O’Lakes Feed Division in Shoreview,
MN as a grain buyer for Eastern feed plants.
